How We work

Proposal

This starts with the identification of the project's scope and objectives. We assess the construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and schedule. A proposal is prepared and submitted to the client which includes project estimated; costs, timelines, and other relevant details.

Planning

During the planning stage, a preliminary schedule is put in place, the building material are ordered as well as obtaining any necessary permits or approvals. The foundational work that takes place at this stage sets the tone for the remainder of the project and largely determines its success.

Development

The building begins to take shape. We oversee all of the work being done, and subcontractors are brought in as needed. This stage can take several months or even years, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

We Contacted Andrecon approx 2 years ago to renovate our century stone house.
